Bij het maken van dit stilleven, met deze roze rozen, zag ik dit aardige facet.
Hert beeld weerspiegelt ook wel het leven…
Nog in de knop, in volle bloei, dan de verwelking en tenslotte het einde.
Dat brengt mij er op dat in de aloude stillevens ook altijd een motief was ingebakken.

While making this still life, with these pink roses, I saw this special facet.
The image also reflects life…
Still in bud, in full bloom, then withering and finally the end .
That leads me to the fact that such a motif was always ingrained in the ancient still lifes.
